These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the Virbraroo store and to purchases of Virbraroo dog wheelchairs and compatible accessories.

Product use and safety

Virbraroo dog wheelchairs, front wheel kits, support harnesses, straps, wheels, and related parts are mobility aids and support products. They are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Please measure your dog carefully, follow assembly and fitting instructions, supervise initial use, and consult a veterinarian when your dog has injury, IVDD, arthritis, paralysis, surgery recovery, or other medical conditions.

Product information

We work to keep product descriptions, photos, sizes, prices, and availability accurate. Minor differences in color, finish, packaging, or accessories may occur. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Orders and account information

You agree to provide accurate order, contact, shipping, and payment information. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order if information is inaccurate, payment cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, shipping cannot be completed, or the order appears fraudulent or abusive.

US warehouse fulfillment

Eligible in-stock orders may be fulfilled from a United States local warehouse. Fulfillment location may vary based on product, stock, and destination.

Warranty and after-sales service

Covered Virbraroo dog wheelchairs and compatible accessories include lifetime warranty support for manufacturing defects under normal use. For one year from delivery, confirmed product quality issues are eligible for free replacement accessories or parts. Warranty support requires proof of purchase and may require photos, video, measurements, or other information to confirm the issue.

Proper use

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct product size, assembling products according to instructions, checking fittings and screws regularly, and using the product only for its intended purpose. Do not leave dogs unsupervised with products that they may chew, scratch, or become entangled in.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virbraroo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses related to product use, shipping delays, incorrect sizing, improper assembly, or misuse. Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not limited by these terms.
