Shipping Policy
Virbraroo fulfills eligible dog wheelchair and accessory orders from a United States local warehouse when inventory is available. This helps customers in the United States receive mobility products and replacement parts faster.
Processing time
Most in-stock US warehouse orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during weekends, holidays, high order volume, address verification, or when we need to confirm sizing details before shipment.
Estimated delivery time
For the contiguous United States, delivery is typically estimated at 3 to 7 business days after shipment. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, remote areas, and international destinations may require additional time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by carrier, weather, address accuracy, and other conditions outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after the order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address and email are accurate before placing an order. If a package is delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will help where possible, but additional shipping costs may apply.
Split shipments
Dog wheelchairs, wheel kits, and accessories may ship separately depending on warehouse stock and product size. If an order ships in more than one package, separate tracking information may be provided.
Shipping damage
If your item arrives damaged, contact us at petvirbraroo@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos or video of the product damage so we can review the issue and arrange a solution.
