Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases of Virbraroo dog wheelchairs, wheel kits, support harnesses, straps, wheels, screws, and compatible replacement accessories.

Order acceptance

An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and the order is confirmed. We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, pricing or product information is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, shipping is not available to the provided address, or fraud risk is detected.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, and other fees may be added at checkout when applicable. Payment must be completed before shipment.

US local warehouse fulfillment

When inventory is available, eligible orders are fulfilled from a United States local warehouse. This does not guarantee same-day shipment or a fixed delivery date. Delivery times remain estimates and depend on carrier service, address accuracy, and external conditions.

Title and risk

Risk of loss generally passes to the customer when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered to the provided address, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Returns and warranty

Returns, refunds, free accessory replacement for one-year quality issues, and lifetime warranty support are handled under our Refund, Return & Warranty Policy. Contact petvirbraroo@gmail.com before returning any item.

Product fit

Dog wheelchair fit depends on accurate measurements, proper assembly, and adjustment. If you are unsure about sizing, contact us before or after purchase for support.
