Refund, Return & Warranty Policy
Virbraroo sells dog wheelchairs, front wheel upgrade kits, support harnesses, straps, wheels, screws, and compatible replacement parts. Our products are designed to support safer movement, recovery support, and daily mobility for dogs.
Contact before returning
Please contact us at petvirbraroo@gmail.com before sending any item back. Include your order number, product name, photos or video if relevant, and a short description of the issue. We will provide return or warranty instructions after reviewing your request.
US warehouse returns
Orders fulfilled from our United States local warehouse may be eligible for return to a US return location after approval. Do not ship a return without first contacting us, because the return address can vary by product and fulfillment location.
Non-quality returns
For non-quality returns, the item should be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, manuals, hardware, and accessories. Products that have been fitted to or used by a dog may be limited for hygiene and safety reasons unless there is a confirmed product quality issue.
One-year free accessory replacement for quality issues
For one year from the delivery date, if a Virbraroo dog wheelchair or compatible accessory has a confirmed material, workmanship, or manufacturing quality issue under normal use, we will provide the required replacement accessories or parts free of charge. This may include compatible straps, harness parts, leg rings, screws, wheels, or other components needed to restore normal product function.
Lifetime warranty support
Virbraroo provides lifetime warranty support for covered manufacturing defects under normal household use. Warranty support may include troubleshooting help, replacement parts, repair guidance, or product replacement depending on the situation.
What is not covered
Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear, cosmetic wear, chewing or scratching damage, accidental damage, misuse, improper assembly, incorrect sizing or measurements, unauthorized modifications, use outside the product's intended purpose, or damage caused by lack of maintenance. Please measure your dog carefully and consult your veterinarian when needed before using a mobility aid.
Refund timing
When a refund is approved, we will process it back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
